Understanding delivery charges
Our normal delivery zones use straight-line distance to the delivery address, rather than driving distance. Your exact address determines the applicable zone.

Selected early and late windows carry an additional surcharge. Your order shows the applicable delivery charges before payment. Fees may change; the charges confirmed for your order apply.
Addresses outside normal coverage require a special arrangement and separate quotation. A request elsewhere in Malaysia or overseas should be discussed with our Concierge; the online collection is not automatically available for every destination.
Choosing the day and time
Delivery windows run from 7am to 10pm, every day, subject to availability and any blocked dates. All times are Malaysia time.
Our catalogue flowers are made to order, with preparation within 24 consecutive hours after payment is received. Preparation time is separate from the delivery date and window you select. If you need flowers with less notice, please ask our Concierge before ordering.
Standard delivery windows are arrival targets. If the flowers are needed for a fixed occasion, discuss the timing with us in advance. Paid early or late windows have separate timing terms explained in our delivery policy.
A little preparation helps the handover
Please provide the complete address, postcode and a reachable recipient contact. For an apartment, office, hotel or event venue, add the building name and any reception, security or access instructions.
If we need to consider an alternative handover at security or a designated delivery area, we will seek the sender’s confirmation. If a suitable handover cannot be arranged, the flowers may be returned and a further delivery may carry an additional charge.
Prefer to collect?
Collection is by confirmed appointment, subject to availability, Tuesday–Sunday, 10:30am–6pm. The collection address is shared privately after your appointment is confirmed. Please arrange this with our Concierge before planning a visit.
Questions about delivery
Does my postcode confirm the delivery fee?
Not by itself. A postcode helps us locate the destination, but the exact delivery address and selected window determine the applicable charge. This is confirmed when ordering.
Are all delivery windows complimentary in Zone A?
Zone A has complimentary base delivery. A selected early or late window may still carry a surcharge.
Can you help with an urgent request?
Contact our Concierge with the arrangement you have in mind, the complete address and when the flowers are needed. We will check availability before confirming what can be arranged.
Can I send to several addresses?
For several gifts or destinations, speak with our Concierge about a coordinated request. The arrangements, coverage, charges and delivery schedule will need to be discussed for each destination.
