Arranging delivery in Cheras
Sending to a Cheras address with postcode 43200, 56000 or 56100? Please include the complete address and any building or unit details. The postcode helps us locate the destination; eligibility and charges depend on the exact delivery point and your selected window.
For a condominium or guarded residence, let us know about the entrance, security arrangements and a reachable recipient contact. If the flowers are for a business opening, share the business name and the intended handover location so we can discuss access before the day.
Complimentary base delivery is available for eligible addresses in Zone A. Early or late windows may carry an additional charge. Your order will show the applicable delivery charges before payment.
Something only you could give
A particular flower. A colour that means something. A detail from a shared memory.
Tell us what you have in mind. We can explore a bespoke floral commission around your idea and discuss what is possible for your date and budget.
Before the flowers arrive
Can I order flowers for same-day delivery in Cheras?
Please ask our Concierge about urgent requests. Orders with less than 24 hours’ notice depend on availability and confirmation. We recommend checking with us before placing an order that must arrive today.
How much is delivery to Cheras?
The exact address determines the delivery zone. Eligible Zone A addresses have complimentary base delivery; other zones and some time windows carry charges. The amount for your order is confirmed when ordering.
Can I send flowers to someone in an apartment?
Share the building name, unit number, access instructions and a reachable recipient contact. If an alternative handover at security or a designated delivery area is needed, we will seek the sender’s confirmation.
Can I collect my arrangement?
Collection is by confirmed appointment, subject to availability, Tuesday–Sunday, 10:30am–6pm. We share the collection address privately after confirmation. Please contact us before planning a visit.
