Planning a Kuala Lumpur delivery
Send us the full address and postcode, rather than a landmark alone. For buildings with several entrances, include the correct tower, floor and receiving point.
We check delivery coverage against the exact address. Normal delivery zones use straight-line distance, with complimentary base delivery for eligible Zone A addresses. Early and late delivery windows may have a surcharge; the charge for your order is confirmed when ordering.
Delivery windows run from 7am to 10pm, subject to availability. Standard windows are arrival targets. If your flowers are needed for a ceremony, presentation or other fixed moment, discuss the timing with us before ordering.

Can you deliver flowers to an office or hotel?
Please share the complete address and the receiving arrangements. Delivery is subject to address eligibility, available windows and the venue’s acceptance rules. We can discuss the handover with you before the order is confirmed.
Can you guarantee arrival at an exact time?
Standard delivery windows are arrival targets, not an exact-time guarantee. Paid early or late windows have the timing terms described in our delivery policy. Please discuss any event deadline with our Concierge in advance.
How much notice should I allow?
Our standard catalogue arrangements are made to order, with preparation within 24 consecutive hours after payment is received. Preparation time is separate from delivery timing. Choose an available delivery date and window, and ask us directly about urgent or larger commissions.
Can I order flowers for more than one address?
Contact our Concierge with the destinations, dates and the kind of gifts you have in mind. We will discuss the arrangements, coverage, charges and schedule as a coordinated request.
