Ling Flowery created this fan-led floral installation for Zhang Yixing 张艺兴’s Flawed Crown listening event in Kuala Lumpur, inspired by the strength and transformation of 斗战胜佛.
The design
Lavender, mauve, blush, ivory, violet and deep berry tones brought together roses, orchids, hydrangeas, carnations, alliums, chrysanthemums, anthuriums and protea. Sculptural forms and soft, feather-like textures added movement.
Personal details
The multi-piece display combined “斗战胜佛爆” calligraphy floral letters, sculptural arrangements, custom signage and a fan message board expressing courage, transformation and wishes for the new album. Ling Flowery handled floral direction, colour and flower selection, letter design, signage coordination, venue-ready preparation and final installation styling.
